The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person log on this website and compliant to the Company’s terms and conditions. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to our Company. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post their Loads and Commercial Vehicles and exchange their business proposition either through our mobile application or web appliction. Mandate Logistics Systems Pvt. Ltd. moderates and edits data posted by such entities to publish as a final offering. The commercial vehicles are wholly owned by the Transporter/Operator who are solely responsible for any damage to the consignment due to unforseen circumstances. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Mandate Logistics Systems Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the commercial vehicles on this website.

Mandate Logistics Systems Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to monitor and moderate all Loads and Commercial Vehicles and to remove any such offering which can be considered inappropriate, offensive or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

Transporter/Service Provider will transport goods to all designated locations as provided by Client
Transporter/Service Provider will be responsible for all fuel and maintenance of vehicles deployed for above transportation
Transporter/Service Provider will maintain insurance of the goods in transit and all vehicles being deployed under this contract and upon request will furnish proof of such insurance to Client
All transportation will commence within 24 hours of notification by Client according to the time as deemed fit
Transporter/Service Provider will properly secure and cover all goods in transit from any weather, road or other hazardous conditions during contract
Transporter/Service Provider will arrange for serucity of all trucks on transit as well as work with local officials to secure the overall security of all trucks during transit

Client Responsibility:

Client will pay for all costs of transportation
Full payment of all Loads conducted will be subject to Payment Terms between the Transporter/Service Provider and Client
Client will be responsible for providing the list of inventory for preparation of Lorry Receipt (LR) by the Service Provider/Transporter

You hereby grant Mandate Logistics Systems Pvt. Ltd. a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorize others to use and reproduce any of your offerings in any and all forms, formats or media.
